Good afternoon to the whole #HiveFood family. I'm here to participate in another Initiative: Cooking in full color with HiveFood Week #4 ORANGE. It's a pleasure to greet all hivefood members, mariale07 fuerza-hispana miriam11 hive-100067 .
I made some delicious orange pancakes. That's a way to get the kids' attention and they eat them tasty. My grandson likes them very much, as well as me. That's why when I read that this week's color of the week. It immediately came to my mind, my delicious pancakes in full color.
I want to share something tasty for the kids. I hope you like it.
Here are the ingredients, I know that many people make the pancakes with milk. I replace the milk with water. They are very simple
- 1- 1/2 cup of tringo flour
- 2- Large spoonfuls of sugar
- 1- Cup of water
- 1- Egg
- 1- Small grated carrot
- 2- Drops of artificial coloring for cake 1- Grated cheese
- 1- Cheese to grate
- 1- Butter to taste.
- 1- Oil to spread on the pudding
- 2- Camburs
Grate the carrot on the coarsest side and then I take it to the blender along with the cambur and the cup of water.
In a blender I add the wheat flour, the sugar, the two ingredients are well united and then I add the blended carrot and cambur with the water, stirring well. Next, we take the egg, we pour it first in a cup and then to the vol where we have the flour with the sugar, we unite everything.
To make the orange color more visible, 👆 I added two (2) drops of orange coloring, as shown in the photo.
Here we see the grated carrot that we use 👆 and the grated cheese that we are going to use after the pancakes are ready. 👇
Once the mixture is ready to start cooking, we pour a spoon into the pancake, when it has those little holes, it is ready to flip, here you can see how they look so good and are easy to flip. 👇
While we continue cooking one we add the butter and the grated hard cheese, as we see in the image.
How tasty were the pancakes for our children. I also wanted to accompany it with a cambur. With a quino stick I spread the orange color to give a little color to the cambur. 👇
