The Roman state before the prophetic mission

الدولة الرومانية قبل البعثة النبوية
أول شىء يلفت الأنظار فى ذلك الزمن دولة ضخمة جداً تمتلك نصف الأرض تقريباً وهى الدولة الرومانية ومن ضخامتها سمى الله عز وجل سورة من سور القرآن الكريم بسورة الروم ذكر فيها قصة الروم مع الفرس قال الله
{غُلِبَتِ الرُّومُ * فِي أَدْنَى الأَرْضِ وَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ * فِي بِضْعِ سِنِينَ}
الروم:2 - 4 إلى آخر الآيات ولكن ما هى الدولة الرومانية؟ كانت الدولة الرومانية ضخمة جداً مساحتها ممتدة على ثلاثة أرباع أوروبا مقسمة إلى قسمين رئيسيين دولة رومانية شرقية وعاصمتها القسطنطينية كان يحكمها القيصر هرقل فى زمن رسول الله صل الله عليه وسلم وقيصر هذا لقب للملك الذى يحكم الدولة الرومانية وأما الدولة الرومانية الغربية فكانت عاصمتها روما وهذه سقطت قبل البعثة النبوية ولم تبق إلا الدولة الرومانية الشرقية وقد كانت هناك خلافات عقائدية عقيمة بين طوائف النصارى فى أطراف الدولة الرومانية الشاسعة فالدولة الشرقية أرثوذكسية والغربية كاثوليكية ودارت بينهما حروب فنى فيها الآلاف والآلاف على مدار السنين وظلت هذه الحروب مشتعلة حتى العهد القريب وإلى الآن هناك خلافات عقائدية ضخمة وحروب بين الطوائف المختلفة من النصارى أما الجوانب الأخلاقية فقد كانت في إنحدار شديد ومن الاسباب التى أدت إلى ذلك تأخر سن الزواج أو بمعنى أصح يكاد قد إختفى الزواج وفضل الجميع العزوبة على الزواج لأن تكاليف الزواج كانت غالية والناس كلها فقراء وكانت الأموال كثيرة جداً بيد الدولة ولكنها كانت مجموعة قليلة جدا من رجال الدولة الرومانية الواسعة فأدى ذلك إلى إنحلال رهيب بين أوساط الناس وإنتشر الزنا فى كل مكان مما أدى إلى إختلاط الأنساب وأصبحت الرشوة أصلاً بالتعامل مع موظفى الدولة فأى مصلحة تريد أن تقضيها لابد أن تقدم بين يديها رشوة وكانت الضرائب ضخمة وباهظة على كل سكان البلاد وكانت على الفقراء أكثر منهم على الأغنياء وكانت الوحشية الشديدة فى الطباع فمن وسائل التسلية التى كانت بالدولة الرومانية الشرقية وسيلة صراع العبيد مع الوحوش المفترسة فى أقفاص مغلقة والوزراء والأمراء ينظرون من الخارج ويستمتعون برؤية الأسد أو النمر وهو يأكل العبد بعد قتال يدوم قليلاً أو كثيراً ونحن نتعجب من هذه الصورة ونقول هذه كانت عادة مجتمعات مظلمة ولكننا نرى أيضاً بأسبانيا صراع الرجال مع الثيران وكيف يدمر الثور أو يقتل الرجل والناس تشاهد وتصفق وتهلل وهى صورة كما يسمونها من صور الحضارة ولا ندرى أين هم من يدعون أنهم يدعمون حقوق الحيوان ببلادهم الان وأيضاً كانت هناك حروب بربرية همجية ووحشية على سبيل المثال فى عهد إسفسيانوس أحد قياصرة الرومان حاصر اليهود فى القدس عام 70 م خمسة أشهر كاملة إنتهت فى سبتمبر عام70 م ثم سقطت المدينة بعد هزيمة مهينة عرفها التاريخ لماذا نقول هزيمة مهينة لأن الرومان قتلوا أبناء اليهود ونساءهم بأيديهم وكان يجبر كل يهودى أن يمسك بزوجته وأولاده ويقتلهم بنفسه والغريب أن اليهود أطاعوا ووافقوا على ذلك وقاموا به من شدة الرعب وطمعاً منهم بالنجاة وهم أحرص الناس على حياة وصدق الله حيث قال
وَلَتَجِدَنَّهُمْ أَحْرَصَ النَّاسِ عَلَىٰ حَيَاةٍ وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُوا ۚ يَوَدُّ أَحَدُهُمْ لَوْ يُعَمَّرُ أَلْفَ سَنَةٍ وَمَا هُوَ بِمُزَحْزِحِهِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ أَن يُعَمَّرَ ۗ وَاللَّهُ بَصِيرٌ بِمَا يَعْمَلُون َ 96 سورة البقرة
وخرجوا يقتلون أبناءهم ونساءهم بسيوفهم ثم خرجوا للرومان الذين بدءوا بعمل قرعة بين كل اثنين من اليهود أيهما يقتل أخاه إلى أن صفوا كل اليهود الموجودين فى القدس ولم ينج منهم إلا الشريد أو أولئك الذين كانوا يسكنون فى أماكن بعيدة والان وإذا كانت هذه صورة من صور الحرب الرومانية التى كانت تتميز بالشراسة وأشد أنواع الهمجية المتخيلة كان العبيد بالمجتمع الرومانى ثلاثة أضعاف الأحرار ومعاملة العبيد كانت بمنتهى القسوة والعجيب أن أفلاطون الفيلسوف صاحب فكرة المدينة الفاضلة اليوتوبيا التى ألفها وتخيلها بعقله هذه المدينة الخيالية المثالية يقول فيها
إنه لا يجب أن يعطى فيها العبيد حق المواطنة
مع أنهم من أهل البلد لكن ليست لهم أى قيمة فى بلاد الرومان وصدق رسول الله صل الله عليه وسلم حيث قال إنما بعثت لإتمم مكارم الاخلاق أو كما قال صل الله عليه وسلم فترى أى أخلاق كانت عليه هذه الدولة الرومانية وإستمع الان لحديث الصحابى الجليل رضوان الله عليه ربعى بن عامر فى مقابلة رستم قائد الفرس قال له رستم ما جاء بكم ؟ فقال له
لقد إبتعثنا اللهُ لنخرج العباد من عبادة العباد إلى عبادة رب العباد ومن جور الأديان إلى عدل الإسلام ومن ضيق الدنيا إلى سعة الدنيا والآخرة
كانت هذه لقطات سريعة من حال الدولة الرومانية فى العهد السابق لبعثة المصطفى محمد رسول الله صل الله عليه وسلم
