In the beginning, it was very important for us to establish a standard quality product. And that's why I gave a good slew of my time too. The key is, the quality has to rest. It has to be there in every store. I think it's very important that customers know where their food is coming from and who makes it and that they understand that it's coming from families that have as much passion about the wheats that they're growing or the milk that they're getting or the tomatoes that they're harvesting and end up on their pizzas. I've been very fortunate to have a relationship with Pizza Hut for 50 years, supplying wheat for them and that's spanned multiple generations. It's important for you to know where yourfood;s coming from and that were a part of that chain. When you see a combine rolling in the field and unloading that grain, you say that's going to be in the crust of a Pizza Hut pizza. Dough is the foundation so everything that goes into that dough has got to be great quality. Obviously sauce is the next ingredient that; son there and that's what begins to give it a lot of flavor. At Paradise we use the best tomatoes. The process begins literally four hours after the tomatoes are picked right off the vine. Our Pizza Hut sauce is specifically crafted to work on our pizzas and with our blend of ingredients. Pizza Hut cheese is special because we work with the family farmers that bring us the milk to make our cheese. I've had the opportunity to meet some of those farmers and they are as passionate about their milk as we are about our pizzas. The secret of why the case that we make for Pizza Hut is so good - that is our singular focus. That is what we do. What I hope customers know about Pizza Hut is that they are going to get a great tasting product every time they order it from us.
