This case refers to CNN's Donna Brazile giving debate questions to Hillary Clinton for the Democrat forums in Detroit, Michigan on March 7, 2016 and Columbus, Ohio on March 13, 2016. The lawsuit alleges she not only defrauded Bernie Sanders and his supporters, but also all of CNN's viewers and all American voters! Defendants intentionally and maliciously perpetrated the complaints in questions according to Gregory Ackers in an attempt to defraud the 2016 election, although CNN's CEO, Jeff Zucker, officially denied prior knowledge of his network's fraud. Judge Jones will review the evidence provided by The Podesta Emails released by WikiLeaks on October 11, 2016.
The Podesta Emails revealed that Brazile sent an email message on March 5, 2016, to John Podesta and Jennifer Palmieri with the title: "One of the questions directed to HRC tomorrow is from a woman with a rash." The message continued, "her family has lead poison and she will ask what, if anything, will Hillary do as president to help the ppl of Flint." Then at the March 7 forum in Detroit, Michigan, she was asked that question word for word.
John Podesta's emails also included an email Brazile sent on March 12 to Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri with the subject header: "From time to time I get questions in advance." Brazile warns Clinton of a death penalty question similar to one she was asked at the CNN town hall debate the next day.
