Wow. I've been to farms. But this isn't a farm. It's salvage.

Not naming names.

But wow. Research? Maybe. But what. Why.

Safety. Run. Wow.

Communication? Little.

Ego lots.

Enthusiastic chaos. Best way I can put it.

Ok how about planting in the sun. Wow. Are you kidding me. Absolutely not hey let's plant a bunch of super tiny loans about were growing inside a shaded greenhouse straight outside into the hot weather at noon.

Equipment failure and breakdown. Check check check. How about spray a bunch of hydraulic fluid all over the field that you grow plants in...?

How about planting at noon. In the heat. Oh today was smoking as well... Who ever dreamed this up. I mean honestly enough this is beyond outrageous because wow. This is completely plant 101 and honestly enough? If I have to tell them this we have some way serious issues.

And late planting. On no shit that field isn't gonna plant itself full of babies in nearly August. At NOON!!!!! no no no let's circle back to this and go back to how come we are planting in August I really don't care what kind of issues you're having this absolutely speaks of ineptitude incomplete facts and data leading to a disaster waiting to come.

**Well this isn't a farm it's a salvage situation. Honest. **

Well what would it take to get right. Massive amounts of funding and organization. Training of all hands. Streamlining operations and eliminating unskilled labor for the critical roles.

That crop? Night shift. And yes some temp but hire skilled team of experienced workers. Get that field full. Tomorrow. No joke.

Equipment. Total service across the board. Can't work without equipment. That's totally sad.

Egos... Wow. Well personally replace some of the chiefs with Indians. Pay the crew good money and expect more.

Safety... Professionalism. Standards...

Well it is really good thing that I don't have to rely on a reference from these people. My work alone has stood the test of time. I've harvested insane amounts of cannabis for anyone to have.

Personally I think I'm going to be just fine and the really nice dinner I'm getting tonight is going to be totally worth the trouble.

As much as today was bad this evening is going to be even better.

Dog is really excited to go get dinner and to have a nice relaxing evening because it has been pretty hard on him.

That is definitely another reason why I didn't finish out the day totally. Dog.

Yeah and especially with the lack of safety... He had to hide in the van.

And it was tented and windows and doors opened for airflow. But still.

When somebody gets a job at the hemp industry the first thing I have to tell them is be very careful who your employer is.

Most times they have dreams of making billions and paying everybody the absolute minimum they possibly can.

They can't afford $30,000 for a solid worker for a season however they can afford $30,000 for a new toy or piece of equipment that doesn't even work. No joke.

and then even after you've bought this you still don't have the technical knowledge to operate the tools properly.....

Or how water flows... Apparently today that was another thing that completely missed the mark.

how about that massive amount of hydraulic fluid spraying out into land? Where you are growing ...

Wow.

Pass or fail?

Double fail. Call OSHA. Seriously.
Let alone the rest of the issues.
Will I work or recommend them? Of course not. Wow.

And vegans? Why are you not protesting plant abuse? This is a great case. Who plants clones at noon on a hot day in a Field? This is plant torture. And completely wrong.

Yeah I can totally avoid this. Dog deserves better and we have our opportunity awaiting. Mmmm

And Nacho's tonight? Sounds doable actually. Mmmm and tacos.....
