Welcome to my Hebrew reading & language series.
Genesis 11:27-30
Our reading today gives us the set up for one of the most important stories of all. We see the birth of Abram and his brothers, how they took wives, how one brother died, where he died and with whom. Fast forward to adulthood and we see the discovery that Abram's wife was unable to have children.
These people in history and their interaction with the King of the Universe give us a window into who the Creator is and what he does to keep evil from creeping into the lives of his beloved.
