Every monday is International Chest Day (my chest workout routine)

If it's Monday then it's chest day

so guys this is my workout routine for Monday follow this and your chest will become like a hellipad๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

1. Incline Bench press
2. Flat Dumbbell press
3. Flat Dumbbell Fly
3. Flat Bench Press
4. Dips Chest Version

and I always trane a small muscle with a big muscle so I do biceps with Chest

1. Preacher Curl
2. Incline Dumbbell Curl
3. Rope Hammer Curl
4. Concentration Curl

Do all excercise in 4 sets and 6 to 10 reps in each
set
