Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis comes from over exertion and improper body mechanics that cause the fascia of the foot to swell or press on the nerves too firmly.

To release the issue we start with the achilles tendon to relax the muscles.

Then we will use the press and release point on the connections at the head of the metatarsals just before the ball of the foot. Repeat all 3 times.

Once relaxed we repeat this at the heal on the inner, medial and outer round of the heal.

After relaxing this area we flex the foot and relax it 10 - 30 times, gently on the on the flex back (toes back) keep it minimal, but really flex the foot forward more (toes down) to stretch more on the shin andtopof the foot.  And allow time in between flexes, so that the relaxing period after releases more tension and begin to allow the swelling to dissipate.
