Good day to all. I apologize for not writing for so long. There were unforeseen circumstances at work that took a lot of time.

Judging by the previous post, those who liked it liked the Microgreen theme. Thank you very much for your support, you motivate me to write posts in this direction.

Today I will tell you in brief what Microgreen is and what it is.

Microgreens are young plants from 10 to 14 days after planting. The amount of nutrients in such greens is ten times higher than in ordinary, adult greens. For example, you can take adult dill greens and dill Microgreens. 50 grams of Microgreen dill will contain more nutrients. And imagine how much you need to eat adult dill to get the dose of nutrients that is in 50 grams of Microgreen dill. This is not real. How can this be ?? This is because during the period of growth, Microgreen has the greatest concentration of everything useful, since it is young and needs a lot of useful things for growth and development. This is, in short, what I can tell you about Microgreens in general.

At the moment, I have already purchased seeds, containers and growing materials. Something else goes by mail.
Now I will show you what I bought and clearly show you which of these seeds should grow.

Also at the moment I have already made a draft of my first personal rack. It will consist of two shelves: the upper one will be even but inclined, approximately 5 ° slope, and the second in the form of an obtuse triangle. But when it's ready I'll show you it and what happened in the end.
As for the volumes of Microgreens I want to grow:

  1. For now, I'll start with two or three ready-made containers once every three days. 2. Then I will gradually increase the number.
Again, I will look at which culture is more in demand.
    That's all for today.

Subscribe, comment, like, there will be many more interesting things about Microgreen. Good luck, health and inspiration to all of you.
