Recently I came across an article in our local news paper about this. After reading it I became curious and searched for some more particulars about this vegetable, and I was surprised to know that this Lil green veggie has got so many nutritional benefits!

  1. It helps to increase the level of haemoglobin in our blood. Raw veggie cut into small pieces and soaked in water for half an hour and drink this water after draining!!...
