“Stroke Prevention, Treatment & Relief”

Stroke is a common and very bad disease in Pakistan and other Asian Countries. It is considered that Stroke attacks here after every 30 to 40 second on a person, while after 4 minutes one person dies due to this disease. The big reason is the less awareness about the stroke disease.

Dr. Shahid Has Said that Stroke attacks due to the reduction of blood in the veins and it happens in the situation of blood clots. The most common Symptoms of stroke, mouth go awry, one side to stop working, and sudden ability to speak to the affected. The person may be unconscious and also can affected in walking.

According to Dr. Shahid Stroke is a fatal disease. Almost 20 to 30 percent people die due to stroke while 70 to 80 percent people victim of disability. If we understand to Stroke then we can control it 80 percent. It is not only attacking on the older but also includes younger. Dr. Shahid Says that Stroke mostly attacks on the old age people and it also occurs in genes. It is so difficult to us from avoiding it but we can fight against it by following some prevention such as:

  1. once or twice a year to have a blood pressure checked because it is common in Pakistan and after 45 years old almost every third person have victim of blood pressure. Blood Pressure has a without sign and some people don’t reach that they are prone to disease? If you have a high blood pressure so for reduction use little bit of Sweat or use a salt for low blood pressure.
  2. Control your Sugar or Diabetes disease because cholesterol matches under the blood vessels due to high Sugar. It is compulsory for them who have a family members in disease of Sugar. If you have a high Sugar so use medicines regularly, take exercise and care of food.
  3. Cholesterol items can also cause of Stroke, prevent from fat items and over eating. You can get extra calories by over eating but our body changes it into thefat.
  4. Smoking is a very bad habit which can createsthe stroke situation. It helps 50% in making Stroke disease.
  5. Exercise and fat- continue exercise in your daily life even you have a 45 years old because it is very beneficial for your health.
  6. If you have already victim of Heart Attack so you a more chances in suffering Stroke.
