Workout harder and longer

Good day friends

Today i am posting some tips for work harder and longer in gym.
To get results faster.
Please correct me if i am wrong somewhere and support with your up vote .
So here we go

Everyone wants to be fit and on best shape of his/her body at every age.
Sometimes whatever yo do won't work for you.
Here i am posting some tips that work out for me.

Tip 1 : TAKE PROPER REST

Sometimes we work so hard that we won't allow our muscles to rebuilt and have some rest to regenerate tissues.
My tip is take in between 1-2 days off in your whole workout week.

Tip 2 : Don't slowdown your heart:

Don't take too much rest between sets or laps as if your body slowdown than your exercise become worthless.
what i do is i use stopwatch with 30 sec rest after each lap and 45 sec rest between exercises.

Tip 3 :Focus what you are doing :

Its very important to stay focused what you are doing.
Make your workout an important part of your life,dont miss it like you don't miss an important meeting.

Also sometimes you don't like to go for workout, believe me if you start skipping your workout all your previous work will be garbaged.

Tip 4 : INTENSE EXERCISE :

After few months its important to increase your work out constantly and harder and harder.
try some exercise which instantly increase heartbeat.
e.g.: buries,box jumping etc etc.

Tip 5: MIX IT UP
Try mix exercises after few months of your workout.
like biceps-triceps-pushup-jump-rest -repeat again.
This is most effective way to workout.

Tip 6 : INTERESTING
Try sometimes to do different exercise for same body part .
our body become used to it what we are doing so changing some exercise always will help you and make your workout interesting .
