Healing for the purpose of SURVIVING!
What does it mean to HEAL?

March 28, 2018
I didn't just wake up one day and decide “Hey I want to be a healer!” As a child I couldn't remember wanting to be anything other than FREE. Free from hurt, misery, indescribable pain in my hearts center. I not only hurt for me as a child; I hurt for my mother whose pain I felt intensely. My fathers whose pain i can only imagine from his absence, knowing little about him contributed to that pain. That's a pain i unknowingly carried with me throughout my life. I suffered this same pain with my sisters. Healing was a gift and curse when I wasn't conscious of it. When I wasn't aware of my skills, I blindly allowed others to walk all over me. The same skills we have access to are lying dormant and waiting on us to tap into our hidden potential.

It wasn't until 7 year years ago after hitting rock bottom and having to put my life back together, that I began to self reflect. It was 3 ½ years ago that I began to meditate, using this tool to find balance in my messy world of thoughts and painful memories. I found that with every session i was able to close doors in my mind that had been literally driving me crazy! I found Resilience where I thought there was weakness.
The most important lessons that I've learned through my spiritual healing journey is that nobody was completely wrong for my internal suffering. That I was in control of how my life turned out as an adult and my childhood experiences were painful but helped build RESILIENCE and CHARACTER that would serve as the foundation for my life's work and soul purpose. It sounds so easy and simple but it's literally a painful process because you eventually realize you can no longer blame any outside forces for where you are today. You begin to understand that seeking SELF LOVE AND SELF MOTIVATION will take you further than looking outside of yourself ever will. We typically take on the task of loving everyone, even our children more than we love ourselves, thinking this is the way of life. Society shows us one way of life and we set out to be like everyone else instead of being the AWESOME individual ENTITIES that we are meant to be.
None of us were born with a manual to the way of life. We adapt to the lives that serve our life purpose. Every painful event can be seen as a moment of growth because you lived through it and have the ability to embody bliss, universal love, and enlightenment. Life has a way of pulling us into the darkness. Darkness can be seen as that depression that sets in when your at the peak of your career. The jealousy you feel towards someone else or others feel to you. Hate that we hold for people who we feel have done us wrong. Greed slides into our hearts and our mind is full of thoughts, incomplete sentences from words never spoken. Media feeds us fear, hate, and confusion in order to control our mood and actions. Feeding on our fears and keeping us mentally enslaved. We are constantly being pushed and pulled in every direction. We find our way through this world with the tools that we are given from our parents as well as society. We are light beings moving slowly through darkness and being tricked by time and controlled by systems.
Healing the mind, body, and spirit is stripping your mind from old negative reoccurring thought patterns, habits, memories that weigh on your conscious, cleansing the body to help make space for love and light to flow through you effortlessly, while grounding yourself through the process. The mind is very delicate and so is the heart. These are the two most highly functioning parts of the body along with the gut. The gut is like a passageway for good bacteria and waste to clear from the other organs that are just as important. It's crucial to understand that all our organs play a role in our spiritual development. Spiritual development is learning to stay grounded while riding the constant up and down waves of life, while being in the present and aware of the past and future. It's recognizing that you are connected to all of the universe and it’s creations. Connecting to the pieces of yourself that you may have forgotten to nurture. Visiting the inner child that may have been broken and speaking life into her/him. It's knowing who you are, accepting it unapologetically, and being who you truly are without doubt because you are here for a reason. It's also about learning to have patience with yourself and others. Discipline and integrity are other factors that contribute to who you are. Self knowledge is the most valuable thing on this planet. Knowing who you are, how and why you are is having the map to complete wholeness and where inner peace is attainable. The process isn't easy at all and calls for you to find time daily to help reprogram the mind and cleanse your physical and energetic bodies.
Over the next month I'll be sharing the first 3 aspects that make us amazing, from the N.A.O. T.A.S (Nine Aspects Of The Awesome Self) Module By: Walter Smith The Paradigm Shift. The first 3 of the 9 aspects are listed below:
Sexual
Physical
Social
In Walter Smith’s N.A.O.T.A.S module, he names these 3 aspects as the 1st trimester, which can also be viewed as the Dependant Stages of every human being. This shows exactly how all humans are not only the same but Awesome Entities as he refers to the human race. When we're born we all depend on our caregivers to tend to and nurture these aspects of ourselves. I will delve deeper into the 9 aspects throughout the month of April as I continue to grow into my awesome self.
