As you explore various maps inspired by different worlds in our blockchain game studio, you'll face unique challenges against others that provide players with a diverse and engaging experience.
Infinity Point is a strategy-based PvP tower defense game with units designed to be a real-time online multiplayer experience. Although the game is still in its early stage of development, we can tell you that the objective of the game is to navigate through different dimensions and realities, battling with other players, and survive and prosper in this new reality.
Your ultimate goal is to conquer the Infinity Point, a place where all dimensions and realities converge and where all the answers can be found.
Development Update
We understand that the success of any online game is largely dependent on the quality of the multiplayer experience, which is why we've been hard at work developing the code for multiplayer.
e're excited to announce that we've made significant progress and have successfully implemented the multiplayer feature, allowing you to connect with other players in the same scene and play together in real-time.
Although implementing multiplayer was no easy feat, the team has dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to ensure that all data is transmitted efficiently between different players to provide a smooth gaming experience.
¿How It Works?
In Infinity Point, multiplayer is set up through a central server that acts as an intermediary between the different players. Each player has their own instance of the game on their machine, but all are connected to the central server, which keeps track of all actions performed by each player in real-time.
Once you've logged in, you can join a match with another player and start playing together in real-time. Each player has their own instance of the game, and all the actions you take are synchronized.
Mechanics Update
Recently, the team has been working on the behavior of the towers and units, starting with the melee units. The team has developed the movement of the units, their life, and their death.
The behavior of the towers has also been implemented, allowing them to lock onto targets, attack those targets, and reduce the health bar to zero to win the match.
in the coming updates, we plan to continue working on game mechanics, adding other types of units, and developing PvP systems. Once we have a solid base to share we're gonna release a proper whitepaper with all the info regarding the blockchain side along with all the visual assets for the game.
Airdrop For Bang! Defense Players
Finally, we want to make it up to our loyal Bang! Defense players who didn't receive the experience they were hoping for. Once the numbers are done and settled, all Bang! Defense players will receive compensation in the form of assets of similar value in Infinity Point without paying anything.
