Your life is a result of your choices. If you donât like your life, itâs time to make some better choices. We can think about things, turn them over in our minds a million times, play out possible scenarios, but really when it comes down to it, you have to go with your heart and move forward.
Every decision brings with it some good, some bad, some lessons, and some luck. The only thing thatâs for sure is that indecision's steals many years from many people who wind up wishing theyâd just had to courage to leap.

Happy people do not get angry and bitter when things donât go their way. They have their mind made up that circumstances may go either way, they know that there are always ups and downs in life but they are always positive and always look ahead.
I learned the hard way that I cannot always count on others to respect my feelings. Even if I respect theirs. Being a good person doesnât guarantee that others will be good people too. You only have control over yourself and how you choose to be as a person. As for others, you can only choose to accept them or walk away.
Aristotle once said âIt is well to be up before daybreak, for such habits contribute to health, wealth and wisdom. Most of the successful men we look up to are early rises. Every morning we have two choices: Continue to sleep with dreams or Wake up and chase your dreams.
The choice is completely ours. Most of us are faced with the choice to either stay in bed an hour longer or get up early. Faced with that choice, happy people often opt to get out of bed.
You will never be able to live a happy life or achiever what you are capable of if youâre too attached to things youâre supposed to let go of. Beautiful things happen when you distance yourself from the negative. Too many belongings and unnecessary clutter will only drag you down and stress you out. Try to simply your life. Edit your life frequently and ruthlessly. Itâs your masterpiece after all.
Learn to give more and expect less. Youâll be happier that way. Giving can be as beneficial to the giver, as it is to the receiver. Helping other people can have an amazing effect on your own mood and it serves as a reminder to us, just how fortunate we are to be able to help those in need.
The best thing you can do for you is live a life thatâs fulfilling and do all the things that make you happy. Always find time for the things that make you feel happy to be alive. Happy people have made the choice to be happy and stay happy.
They actively seek out the things that they know will help them stay that way like taking up new hobbies, exercise, socialise and so on. Theyâve made happiness a priority and you should do the same!
Always remember that the secret of being happy is accepting where you are in life and making the most out of every day.
