First of all, this double Halloween-themed contest is very important to me 🤩🤩🤩!
You'd like to know why???
Simply, because it is the first contest I participated in last year when I was new on STEEMIT 😃. I didn't win but I was very happy to participate! It was really fun to dress up and makeup, take pictures and post them.

This contest is open to all Steemians.
You may makeup for yourself, friends, pets or children but the entry photo must contain a paper where you wrote: "My entry for the HALLOSTEEM MAKEUP CONTEST 2018 by @flamingirl".
You are free to use any method to create your makeup. Makeup progress is an advantage. You can post a video of makeup progress or a series of photos, as you want!
You can participate in one contest or both (MAKEUP + COSTUME)!
⚠️ Any attempt to steal other's work is considered a serious infraction. The plagiarism works will be disqualified from this competition and report to @steemcleaners. Thanks for your comprehension.

You must use the "#hallosteem2018-makeup" tag in your article. So I can find your entry easily otherwise it is lost among all the blogs posted on Steemit.
