Do You Like HackerNews Interface? There's a Steemit App For That

Yesterday @andrarchy did a great job at answering people to comments on Hackernews about the article featuring Steemit.com on WIRED magazine https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=15408365

I, myself, got my blood boiling and went on a rampage to answer the snarky ignorant comments. When I realized that I was losing my composure and started becoming the less noble part of myself I had to stop.

BUT, in the pile of garbage comments I discovered something:
Hackernews Steem Interface

https://steemh.com by computerwizard. With a bit of research I discovered that this beauty was made by @adept. I encourage you to start following him. He's got interesting ideas going.

He's not monetizing his interface
SteemConnect makes it very easy to deal with the authentication issue and security. But until SteemConnect 2.0 comes out, the arbitrary reward mechanism is not in place to allow him to monetize.

He probably stopped developing when he didn't get the interaction he was hoping for but I wish he did! It's a really good start! Hopefully, if I can get this article to go in the trending section, maybe I can give him the motivation to keep going. Developers need our support!

I will find him...

A cool interface is not everything when it comes to create a website that has a large community. There are features coming out soon that will give this website the possibility to create a genuine community experience like HackerNews is doing. (I'm thinking about the combination of SMTs/Community Features/Arbitrary Rewards, etc.)

If you are an interface developer, find people who would like to lock arm with you and help you bootstrap your vision. I, myself, will go and encourage @adept and vote for his posts.
