Hello beautiful people. Its another exciting day and I'm grateful for life once again. I sure can't stop appreciating God for His goodness and mercies endures forever.

Gratitudeday challenge is a daily challenge that encourages people to be grateful for little things and big things.
Autumn, also known as fall in American and Canadian English, is one of the four temperate seasons. Autumn marks the transition from summer to winter, in September (Northern Hemisphere) or March (Southern Hemisphere), when the duration of daylight becomes noticeably shorter and the temperature cools down considerably.
The North Pole begins to tilt away from the sun. Day and night have approximately the same length. The Spring Equinox is the first day of spring season and occurs when the sun passes the equator moving from the southern to the northern hemisphere. The posh name for Spring Equinox is Vernal Equinox.
The cycle of seasons is caused by Earth's tilt on its axis and the planet's orbit around the sun. When the axis points toward the sun, that hemisphere experiences summer. The hemisphere tilted away from the sun experiences winter.
The Spring whether boosts ones mental health. The longer days, fresh outdoors, and warmer temperature can help you experience more enjoyment while feeling less stressed.
Also, spring-cleaned diet- holiday sweets and heavy winter comfort foods make it convenient to gain the unwanted pounds during the colder months.
More fresh produce in season many local farmers markets are in full swing and the bounty of fresh produce available makes eating healthy even more delicious. Kale, asparagus, and peas are just a few vitamin-rich vegetables that emerge to their prime during the spring. There may be some of your healthy favorites available to you year-round, but now is time to revel in local, seasonal goodies.
If winter is too cold and summer is too hot, then spring is your time to enjoy outdoor exercise.
