I have been holding loyalty points from various businesses. Points from my retail shops, travel companies, fashion companies among others, this points earned after using their services and as a customer earning loyalty points make me feel special and would go back as a returning customer for more products and add loyalty points which i can redeem later for products and services.
Unfortunately loyalty programs are not working for me, this is because no matter how much points i accumulate I’m not able to reach the target and also the points are scattered across businesses, meaning that i cannot redeem this points in another shop offering the same services, the loyalty program is becoming complicated and less transparent.
With so many scattered loyalty points across various businesses, My points are not redeemed and to be honest, I’m not a repeat customer because of the loyalty points, The loyalty program is not transparent in my views.
