Google creates new features in Google Calendar that will make it easier for users to set meeting dates. This new feature allows users to submit alternative dates or times directly on the application.

The organizer of the meeting can then review and choose from the dates submitted by the participants. Participants meeting calendars will also be displayed side by side, making it easier for organizers to choose the right date.

Currently meeting schedules usually have to be discussed via email or other application exchanging messages. Google hopes to be able to minimize the annoying conversation by creating this new feature.
"This new feature will improve the quality of communication between meeting participants and not waste time discussing things that are not practical, so that meetings will be more productive.
