Own proxy cache gate for images

The problem with image-gate services has been known for a long time. They are needed not only for caching but also for https sites to load images only from https sites (without transferring unprotected traffic to other sites). After the Golos.blog was blocked (and GoldVoice used their public gateway for images) - it was decided to go to the gateway from Steem. But there also were some problems.

Firstly, improper working out of conditions for avatars (many of you noticed that they were incorrectly cropped around the edges both vertical and horizontal only square ones were displayed well). Secondly, improper handling of webp and svg images. And to delegate these things wasn’t already right. Therefore, we developed our own proxy gate for images. Yeah, on php, yeah, it caches. And yeah, it’s flexible enough (thanks to @arcange for help in testing and wishes for the Honors Board).

Now a little bit of technical details. Example of the picture above:

Format: (w)x(h)(|w|h)(|s)(|a) - width, height, priority at the side at resize, square on the larger side, automatic priority.

In the preview of the posts the size of avatars has been reduced 🖖
