Hi! Today I wanna share with you my Aggro Nature deck, that I tried this WR. Unfortunately I decided to try it 2nd half of the WR, it performed 10/12 which is pretty well.
Here is the deck overview. Deck code you will find at the end.
This week players found out that there are more decks than Anubians, so you could face lots of Nature, because now it's strong and enough.
So let's talk about this list. The main cards synergy of the deck:
- War's Wake
- Dagan, the Dawn Wolf
- Wildfire
This combo lets you get big garden at the end of your turn. War's Wake itself is high tempo play on turn 1-2. Also you have your Marsh Walkers as well as Pyreshell Beetles that have regen (regen is needed for Dagan's buff). But you can also give +1 regen to your creatures via Wildfire (it cal also clear lots of Deception's stuff like hidden cats, echo bodies, etc).
Besides that you also have high tempo value cards such as:
- Underbrush Boar
- Staff of Roots
- Barksworn Hunter
Underbrush Boar is a must have card in all Nature decks because of its mechanics. It's expensive enough, but without this card, results may be worse in Mythic.
Core Set Refresh brought some cool changes for Nature. One of them is Staff of Roots that now can give you strong trades (especially against Light, where most of the creatures have 2 hp), is also can give you board advantage since you don't have to trade your creatures.
Barksworn Hunter is a card from a new set Mortal Judgement that hac echo. Potentially you can have 7 damage to the face for 5 mana (or try to trade hidden creatures).
Now let's talk about Wild creatures buffs and synergies.
- Penumbra Howler
- Singsong Satyr
- Wildfire
Penumbra Howler will give your Wild creatures +1 strength, Singsong Satyr buffs all your creatures (and now it's Wild after Core Set Refresh). And the most decent options for Wild Nature is Wildfire.
Possible improvements:
- Chiron, the Teacher
- Revenant Lynx
- Trial of the Hydra
Chiron helps you to get more value from trades as well as relic removal tool esp. for Anubians. Revenant Lynx refreshes mana and you can easily expand your board, high tempo value. Triall of the Hydra helps you to make your creatures even bigger, huge synergy with Wildfire.
