Pancakes can be healthy 🥳
Gluten-free, sugar free and vegan! 🥞
For baking I use a pancake-waffle electric skillet, but you can bake in a regular frying pan 🙃👍
Ingredients
2 or 3 bananas
350 g coconut milk
20 g melted coconut oil
70 g sweetener of your choise (I use coconut sugar)
Pinch of salt
250 g buckwheat flour
*If you like you can add some cinamon powder 👍
Blend all ingredients except buckwheat flour, gently stir them afterwards.
Spread the pan with the extra virgin coconut oil, preheat and bake your pancakes.
Serve as you like - with dried fruits, fresh fruits, agave or maple syrup, nuts, seeds and so on.
