Inspired by scrooger with the feedyourminnows project, once a week, he will make a post and all the SBD payout from that post will be channel to a voting bot which will lease delegation to upvote followers, minnow, plankton newbie on steemit who just started out or those that have been around in steemit and not getting much traction yet.
