Now how do we draw them?
Right, this is the reason I didn't just edit the same giveaway post and decided to write a full new one.
Instead of going to google and just quickly draw this thing, I have put some thought into it, and decided to come with a way of doing this while you all can at the same time verify the results (you don't have to trust me if you wish)!
The Method!
Right, so, everyone knows about luck games right? Do you know particularly this one powered by HIVE? Exactly, a Dice game! Please play responsibly, I am not inciting you should mandatory play luck games (they exist to have fun). Just pointing that this can be a way to draw results based on an already developed app in the HIVE blockchain.
The Math
So, we have 32 registrations and the Dice game goes from 1 to 100, therefore we divide the number of possibilities (100) by our population (32) which is equal to 3.125. This means that each registration has more than one number in terms of the probability for winning a roll, by the Dice game probability example.
So, how does this play over our draw? Simple, when the number is drawn, we just need to divide it by the above 3.125 and the integer part of that result plus ONE, is the winner in the list of the 32 accounts. There is only one exception for the number 100 that would result in 33, but let's assume that one is the 32 place.
Example... if the rolled number is let's say 69 in the Dice game (( 69 / 3.125 ) + 1 = 22.08 + 1 = 23.08)), this means the drawn user will be the number 23.
Note: For draws above 100 accounts you will have to apply the same method again (because the result can be more than 1 account) until you get it all reduced to 1 account. So, in that situation, it will be multiple draws, one or more initially to find a group that is less than 100 wide, and then the final one to find the real account.
This is just math... if you don't understand don't bother, but the idea is that if you want it can be verified with the chain data. Also, note that with this calculation some 4 accounts (for each draw) have statistically higher chances than others (I didn't say this was perfect). But since no one knows who will show up, the randomness is quite high. And this was for the sake of experimentation too.
Maybe someone has a better idea, and tell me otherwise. Either way... this was an attempt.
The Draw!
So, I have said initially that all users would be alphabetically ordered. Each of them will have a number, resulting in the following list:
Now all I have to do is to draw 3 times on the Dice game, with a specific seed just for this, and I will use exactly 10 HIVE to draw this, and 94% win chances (which is roll under 95, although winning or losing does not matter for this draw, I have actually to win for the result to be written on the blockchain, so I will only consider if I win, and redraw if I loose).
I will draw immediately after posting this. Then edit the winners on the post below. Then send the cards to the winner's accounts.
Exception (because of my mistake)
Because of the rules of the giveaway post, I forgot to mention that the page I indicated as a second rule was actually the "Player Rankings" and if obliging by that rule, I would have only 26 accounts instead of 32. Although, I will consider for this draw the 32 accounts. Because I interpret that you will either wish to try the game or return to playing it now that you have a great card.

You can verify the results on @forykw chain history (here) similar to the below picture but exhibiting the Client Seed (14b0dfb4fd5e6) and Server Seed Hash (that changes over time). I have to win to get the result written on the chain, so only the wins count.
