Write down the hobbies and interests, of the people, you want to purchase gifts for.
Make a list and the amount of cash, you are willing to spend.
Find out their favourite colours and dislikes, from family and friends.
Edible and non edible gift hampers, are always loved and appreciated, especially if the person has so much in their house and one more ornament, could drive them up the wall!
Try not to buy socks , hankies and ties. People let their wives buy those!
If the person likes to garden, for instance, you could find a lovely open basket and line it with some checked material and fill it, with some of these items.

Colourful packet of Spring or Autumn bulbs
Glossy book of the Chelsea Flower Show
Colourful gardening gloves
Miniature gardening set
Cover the inside of the basket contents with cellophane paper and bring together at the top with a large festive bow to match the basket liner.
Anyway the sky is the limit and these are just a few suggestions, to spark your imagination!
