When the Philippine government informs the lockdown all throughout the country due to pandemic of COVID 19, Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) has been implemented, it means that there is limited movement and even to go outside to prevent spread of virus.
Thus, I decided to stay at Home as mandated by the government for safety. To become productive, I tried to cook and prepared or experiment simple dishes. Since I don’t have such knowledge, I research and read articles from the Internet. And below are some of those:
Grilling is the easiest way to prepare. I marinated the pork or chicken for about 20-30 minutes with soy sauce, vinegar, calamansi, powdered pepper, garlic, onions, laurel leaf and magic sarap. I like marinated because it’s tasty, juicy and not pale.
