Update Bok choy on the 20th day looks green and fresh while for the water in the tub of nutrition I have raised the viscosity of water nutrition to 1000 PPM.
And the next is my water spinach I planted with the kratky hydroponics method and so far the growth is good and normal, here are some pictures
