Coolest Girl Squad Ever!

Have you recently visited dappradar.com? Ya, the site which shows most popular and coolest ETH Dapps online. ETHtown tops not only the gaming chart but also has much more ETH volume (4,561 ETH) than any of the top 5 Dapps in any of the categories!
Amazing, huh! And it only launched around 3 days ago!!
So what is ETHtown, you ask?
Well, it is a crypto based game developed by ON5 game studios. This studio has developed quite a lot of mobile games and also few Steam games.Ā
At the core of it, ETHtown is a "hot potato" game where players flip beautifully designed and animated floors in a tower. Profits from the flip are shared between old owners and the target amount is increased after every round. If within a certain amount of time, no one buys the floor from you, then you get back 400 ETIT per ETH (will be reduced in future) invested!! I'll explain more about ETIT below. So basically what ever be the result, you always win!!

Add to this mini games, GEM pots, heroes, dividends, breeding, battling, adventures, equipment, trading etc. and you got yourself a whole new economy up and running. Everyone has their own game style and this game has something to offer to everyone.
This time I will talk about 2 main components of this game which I personally liked very much.
Heroes
Heroes are one of the most important assets which you can own in this game. They are not just crypto collectibles, but also provide a lot of utility in game.Ā
- You can breed 2 heroes (man and woman) to get a higher level hero.Ā
- You can send them to dungeon to bring back loot for you.Ā
- Interested in some blood gore? Force them to fight against other players with or without any equipment.
- Get bonuses in mini games with your heroes.
- They can get you more profits on floor flips as per their levels.
- They are almost the sole source of gems in game. Gems can be used to purchase equipment and also get proportionate ETH profits from the GEM pot.
- Unlock hero based achievements which give you further rewards.
Here are my heroes. Currently I only have lvl 0 heroes. But I'll soon be merging them to get higher level heroes. And did you know, you can sometimes get twins or even triplets during hero breeding!!

You can purchase heroes in game via ETIT. In case you want to buy via ETH, then you can use third party markets like opensea.
ETIT
This is the native currency in ETHtown and is an ERC-20 Ethereum token. You can say this is the glue which binds different components and mechanism in game. Its uses in ETHtown:
- Some % of every ETH transaction in game goes to a ETIT pool. Holders of this token receive daily ETH dividends based on how much ETIT they hold and their rank amongst ETIT holders. As you can imagine, due to high ETH volume in game, the dividends have been astonishing! Some players have reported approx 0.3ETH per 1000 ETIT per day!! Of course this amount can largely swing, depending on various factors, but the jist is that holding them is profitable.
- Act as a payment if your floor doesn't get sold within a certain amount of time.
- Currency to purchase higher grade equipment and in game heroes.
- Entry ticket to dungeons with better loot.
- Can be used in some minigames like dice roll and cauldron.
