This is the final video of the Single Tile City. I focus exclusively on traffic management in this video, using the TMPE mod very heavily.
There's not much else to say about this fully functional, barely optimized city, but that traffic is not nearly as bad as I had expected, owing to some sensible, grid like design early on, enabling flowing gridlock to occur, instead of crazy spaghetti junctioned highways.
Sometimes, keeping it simple is really the best way to prevent traffic disasters.
