The Industry of growing trees just to cut them down again has arrived.
There's also some pollution generating industries, and I'm going to haphazardly place citizens right next to it, to ensure that they have a poor quality of life with no schools or health care.
Industry, jobs, and growth will succeed all the way along the city borders.
That's all that matters. Perhaps in another life these guys may reincarnate as trees.
