One part I like Game of Thrones is the plot can change from the book. That means many things are up to you to imagine and anticipate.
Many are predicting Jamie Lannister will kill Cersei. My prediction is this:
** Cersei will get a baby
** but alas baby is like Tyrion, she hated his stature and situation
** she will go mad due to this
** Tyrion will adopt this child unless she kills baby or make the Mountain eat it
** quite horrible but this is Game of Thrones
