In Final Fantasy II The Wild Rose Rebellion, also referred to as the Rebel Army, is a resistance organization fighting against the Empire of Palamecia. The name comes from the symbol of the Kingdom of Fynn, the Wild Rose which appears below. Above  is the hero Firion and the Wild Rose .

Final Fantasy IX  has The Red Rose which is Queen Brahne's personal airship.

Final Fantasy VII includes The Turks a group that perform covert operations on behalf of Shinra, including espionage, kidnappings and assassinations. They also scout for potential candidates for Shinra's elite military unit, SOLDIER, and serve as bodyguards for the Shinra executives.
