Niantic 宣佈《Pokémon GO》將會結束對 Apple Watch 的支援，由 7 月 1 日開始，更新後的《Pokémon GO》將不會再提供 Apple Watch 專用 App。Niantic 表示日後會專注發展《Pokémon GO》的時時刻刻冒險功能，透過同步 Apple Health 或 Android 的 Google Fit 數據，即使沒有打開《Pokémon GO》遊戲也可以累積行走公里、孵蛋及獲得糖果，能夠完全取代 Apple Watch 專用 App 提供的大部分功能。
如要開啟時時刻刻冒險功能，只需到《Pokémon GO》的設定中，勾選時時刻刻冒險，並授權《Pokémon GO》讀取 Apple Health 或 Google Fit 的數據即可。玩家每個星期都會收到一份活動報告，只要達成每週目標就能得到獎勵道具，玩家亦可以隨時透過個人檔案查看本週的進度。
