They are currently offering 100 EPC tokens for every Steem bet, this will decrease over time. EPC tokens trade at about 0.0001 Steem/token so 100 tokens are worth 0.01 Steem, if you immediately sell your tokens instead of holding them for dividends, this makes the payout significantly better, or 0.99 per Steem bet.
