However, there are times when it is super beneficial. The aliens are coming, and whether you will be among the first to interact with them depends on your level of vibration. More healed means a higher level. 5D is coming, and what you are able to see, what you are able to interact with is based on your level of vibration. More healed means a higher level. There are at lease three big things (spiritually) happening next year. And seriously working on healing yourself at this time will help you out in each of those things. - - - - - - -

## Childhood trauma Childhood trauma is usually ignored. You are told to grow up and get over it. However, there is a lot of stuff back there, that really effects how you see the world, and that effects everything in your life. Things like attachment styles, seem really normal from inside, but if you could see yourself without the biases formed in your childhood, you would think that you are a very sick person. Attachment styles make you think you are just protecting yourself, when you are actually destroying the relationship you so much want. Unless you have a secure attachment style, you will have a snowball's chance in hell at finding a life long loving partner. One of your parents could have been a narcissist, and so, your life is seen through a filter of being gaslit. You do not know what is real or not. You do not have any internal boundaries. And you probably were parentified. Where you had to be the emotional support person for your parent. And the worst is, you can't tell anyone, because the narcissist parent seems perfect to all others. Only you get to see how evil they are. There are so many types of childhood trauma, and all of them are put into the box of ignore it / just get over it. And the "putting it into a box" makes your trauma worse. - - - - - - -

## Reclaiming your pieces Most childhood trauma had you break off and detach from a part of you. If you wanted as a child to run around and play, and your father was such that "children should be seen not heard", you may have detached that part of you that like to play, and to keep father's love, you became that quiet child. This part that you broke off needs to be reclaimed, healed and reintegrated with your being. And for most people, there are dozens, if not hundreds of pieces that were broken off. Fortunately, with each piece you reintegrate, you also regain all that power that that piece has. - - - - - - -

## Removing beliefs that no longer serve you All of us are built up piles of beliefs. Unfortunately, many beliefs that you carry, no longer serve you. You could have, from your mother, after she got divorced, a belief that "all men are bad". Your mother regails you with all the faults that your father had. You get to hear so many times how bad he was. (even if he did none of those things) Your father could be the worst, because he divorced your mother, even when your mother filed for divorce. These beliefs that "all men are bad" destroy a son's life. He can never be good enough, and since his DNA is half from father, he is bad for existing. For the daughter, she will have a very hard time finding a good husband, if ever. She will be attracted to bad boys, because that is what she thinks masculinity is. If you believe the world is out to get you, because your parents made your life hell, than you will have a very hard time in life. You do not have any trust in the world, because of that belief. And you will find yourself in bad situation after bad situation because you do not believe you deserve any better. All of your beliefs need to be analyzed and gone over. Do they still serve you? Or are they blocking your life? - - - - - - -

There are so many ways of getting hurt in childhood. Healing these traumas is very important for your future. So, when something comes up in your life that your recognize as a poor belief, or a repeating sequence of events, go deep into what that is, and where it comes from. Follow it all the way back into your childhood. When you find the root of it, then you can heal it. You can invite that part of yourself that was cut off to become a part of you again. Each part that you reclaim. Each trauma that you heal. You will find that your power increases, and your vibration will increase. So, really work on these things. And especially because the aliens are coming, and our future world really depends on how much you can increase your vibration level. - - - - - - -
