Ridiculous Funny in the News

I moved from the city of Green Bay, WI to a much smaller city of Wisconsin Rapids, WI. I never knew what small town living was like but I learned really quick back in 2003 when the big headline in the paper was something about a customer finding the largest french fry in their meal. I instantly thought to myself, “What the heck did I get myself into?” I later found out this customer froze the french fry and then sold it on eBay for $202 (link to the story below).

As time when on and my son got older, we would take the time to read the police calls in the newspaper. Some of these calls were so crazy it was hard to believe they were real. We would be literally laughing so hard, we were crying. I felt sorry for poor staff and other customers in the restaurant that had to be near us.
