Day in, day out.
It's a habit as information is freely available to consume since the advent of the internet.
My now deceased father told me a few years back how he is so happy for his kids that the internet is around. It allowed him to learn and see diverse points of view in the comfort of his arm chair ( He surfed the net on his laptop, a cheap $100 dollar used unit).
Spending hours on researching ideas and reading up on anything and everything.
Where am I going with this and how does this relate to my title?
Well simply, the advent of failed parenting and helicopter parenting have created an environment where information that was easily accessible and allowed each and everyone of us to exercise our critical thinking and logic skills are being eroded.
How is this important? I don't even live in the US of A?
Soft power, not soft porn. The US ability to influence change in the world is being a skewed by these snowflakes that are becoming the outrage generation.
