I have to date written two posts about this:

A COMMUNICATIONS & COORDINATION CENTER.

Now, some people are reading into this way tooooo much!

No, this isn't a "community".

No this isn't a "revolution".

No this isn't for me.

THIS IS NEEDED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

1- Soon HF21 is happening. For those who don't yet know about it, this is THE DAO.

Basically, Steem (the code) shall include a fund for funding projects and programs that we stake holders (STEEMIANS) vote for.

So this will NEED a place for effective communications.

OK, that one is pretty much self explanatory. (I hope).

2- We are hopefully going to see a foundation formed soon, which has been in many ways supported by many Steemians.

This foundation, just like the DAO, shall require a place for communications, to help present to the community what all is happening with the projects and programs it is funding.

3- Witnesses, to date, witnesses have had channels in Steem Chat.

Not to pick on Steem Chat, but wouldn't it be LOGICAL for Witnesses to have rooms in a place where all the investors, the relevant parties of the DAO and the new foundation are?

As well as Stake holders (STEEMIANS).?

Just stating THE OBVIOUS.

So, to help present this idea, here is a Discord server in which all interested parties can hop into, the representatives of all of the above and all Steemian communities shall be given their relevant roles and are free to suggest whatever they feel is necessary to make this idea actually happen.

If need be, this server can one day be closed and a new one made.

I personally, don't mind. As it is THE IDEA that matters.

MAKING IT HAPPEN, THAT IS THE GOAL HERE.

AS WE DEFINITELY NEED IT!
