I'm never a fans of football but I watched the last Nigeria match of the Russia 2018 world cup. I can't believe I sat down fo more than 90 minutes to watch the ball! At the end of the day, I never regret watching the match. Alas! It was Nigeria vs Iceland. The match ended with 2-0 and to my surprise, the two goals was scored by the same player. All Nigerians are happy.
This made me flash back to 1994 when Rashidi Yekini did the same thing for Nigeria. All hope was lost then but he brought back our hope. Many thanks Ahmed Musa for bringing back our lost hope.
To our players, never relent. We have Argentina in our front now to play with. We believe we will never lose.
