I think the best transfer made is Nicolas Pepe to Arsenal because Arsenal needed a fast and talented winger to play with Lacazette and Auba and I think Pepe will fit very well with this squad because the 3 strikers have the pace and the ability to change their position very fast .
Worst Transfer :
Hazard to Madrid will make the league less attractive because let's face it Hazard is an extraordinary palyer and hard to be replaced , pulisic is a good player but he will face so much pressure in his first season .
