The Jamaican came on in the 72nd minutes of the game against a Central Coast selected side and was seen breathing heavily after spending a little while on the pitch.

It was evident his game still needs a whole lot of development as there were too many heavy touches from him.

He was denied goal-bound headers on about two occasions and also missed the chance to tap on from close range in the dying minutes of the game.

Bolt was forced to take off a gold necklace he had on and was seen swearing profusely at the blast of the final whistle.

The 32-year old undoubtedly agreed he has a lot of work to do if he's to get a contract with the Australian League side and the club is willing to give him up to 12 months to get himself up to speed.

The Mariners went to to win the match 6-1 on Bolt's debut game.
