After equalizing the game on Tuesday with Standard Liege, Borussia was looking to get some pace in the first match of their two friendly games before the relaunch of Bundesliga. And, they found their form against Feyenoord right in the opening minute when Mahmoud Dahoud gave a long pass to Guerreiro that resulted in a splendid goal from the left-back player. He finished the goal delightfully passing the ball over the head of Kenneth Vermeer, a Feyenoord’s goalie. The opposition levelled the score after 22 minutes when Nicolai Jorgensen hit the ball into the net with the help of Roman Burki. But Borussia came back again with a lovely yet neat strike from Reyna just before the break; he had a little help in the box from Dahoud. Read about another Dortmund Player Eric Oelschläge here.

The goal before the break raised a confidence level among the Dutch team as they clearly dominated the match in the second half. After the 11 minutes of the second half, Guerreiro again made a move and netted the ball with a clean finish after beating Vermeer completely in the box. After 10 minutes, Dortmund made their victory promising, when Chris Fuhrich made a goal for the side and gave them a 3-goal lead in the match; at that point, Dutch’s victory was assured. On top of that, Leonardi Balerdi was showing impressive skills continuously, at the defensive side that totally crushed the slim chances of Feyenoord. Although, they managed to get pass through the home team’s defence in the last minutes with the help of Luciano Narsingh.
