backup-striker for Lewandowski?

"Lewandowski: "difficult" for Bayern to sign backup"
(Chicago Tribune: http://www.chicagotribune.com/90minutes/ct-hoy-lewandowski-difficult-to-find-backup-striker-at-bayern-20171115-story.html, open: 07.12.2017)

Bayern Munich has only Robert Lewandowski as a potential striker in their squad. If he is getting injuried Bayern Munich has not got another striker to cover up. Furthemore, also the one-of-the-best-striker-in-the-world Lewandowski, needs to rest few games to be in top form and fully energy for the important matches, especially in the Champions League. Beside that, with another striker coach Heynckes has more variety regarding tactic and line-up.

On the other hand, it is hard to find a new striker, who is good enough to backup Lewandowski and be satisfied with a number 2 status, especially for a resonable amount of money that Bayern Munich would spent. And how would Robert Lewandowski reacts to his new competitor?

What is your opinion? Does Bayern Munich really need a backup-striker?
