Polish pickled cucumbers in jars

1 kilogram of ground cucumbers
1 bunch of fennel with seeds
1 head of garlic
1 small horn of horseradish
salt

  1. We wash and fry the jars 1l
  2. At the bottom of each jar, arrange 2-3 sliced garlic cloves, the same amount of horseradish
  3. We put again and cramped cucumbers
  4. Put dill between the cucumbers
  5. Pour 1 tablespoon of table salt into each jar
  6. Pour the water into the prepared jars to the prepared jars
  7. Firmly close the jars and put aside for a minimum of 7 days in a dark and cool place.

It is true that pickled cucumbers are typically Polish farm products, but I believe that even in Asian countries they know their supporters.
They are tasty, sour and not difficult to do
