Some people doesn't eat heavy breakfast for so many reasons like having diet body conscious no appitite and always in a hurry needs to go early at work.
Having breakfast is the most important meal for the whole day you shouldn't escape eating your food at the morning cause it will give energy to our daily activities.
I have a set of my breakfast today.. a papaya,hard boiled eggs a nutritious food with protien,a little amount of calories and fat,deep fry shrimp fingerlings(it's a mixture of shrimp fingerling,flour,eggs,cornstach,onions,garlic,salt and seasoning,all ingredients are combine in a bowl and fry in a medium hot cooking oil,scoop then flatted the mixture to the pan for best result and when it turns light brown it already done).A cup of black coffee..
