cabbage of shrimp chicken

Ingredients
8 cabbage leaves wide
400 grams of ground chicken meat
100 grams of roughly chopped shrimp
1 btr egg whipped off
3 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp chicken royco
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
Sauce
1/2 pieces of onion long slices
1 small pieces of tomatoes
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tsp chicken royco
1/2 tsp sugar
To taste salt & pepper
1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 150 ml water

Remove the cabbage one by one, steam until limp. Slice thin part of the bone leaves to be easy to roll

Blend the onion & white, sauteed with butter until fragrant. Mix it into chicken meat & minced shrimp. Add beaten eggs, salt, pepper & royco

Sauces: saute onions until fragrant, add tomato slices, sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce and other ingredients. After wilted & fragrant enter the cornstarch solution, bring to a boil. Flush over cabbage.

Take a leaf of cabbage, fill with shrimp chicken dough. Scroll, raise and arrange in the steamer. Steamed until cooked
