How to eat sushi properly!!

 
To fully enjoy the kinds of sushi, eat them depending on intensity of flavor. Start from the easiest meat and fish continue fatter and more prominent taste. Fattest be left over at the end. 

 
Soften the right sushi in soy sauce: not choke rice, soak the part containing over. Would soak rice with sauce and would fall apart. 

 
If you can not handle with sticks, eat sushi by hand - so does the Japanese once. 

 
Use ginger between sushi dishes. It refreshes your palate and help you fully enjoy the next type of sushi.
