Fried potatoes with mushrooms

Almost a traditional Ukrainian dish. It is prepared very simply. But there are many cooking options. Including through the use of different types of mushrooms.
It is easiest to cook from champignons.
This version of the recipe:
Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Fry for 8-10 minutes on medium heat using sunflower oil. Add diced onions, carrots and finely chopped garlic.
After 2-3 minutes, add black pepper and a little salt. Add diced champignons. Fry for another 10 minutes or until the mushrooms and potatoes are cooked. At the end, add salt to taste and add dill.
