How To Prepare a Healthy & Nourishing Pineapple Curry

Hi, Dear Friends,
Hope all of you are safe and in good health.
Today for the first time I am going to Demonstrate how to prepare
a pineapple curry.

Ingredients

1 Tea Spoon Sugar
1/2 Tea Spoon Salt
1 small B. Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Tea Spoon Ginger Paste
10 Nos Curry Leaves
Small Piece of Rampe
1 Tea Spoon Chili Powder
2 Tea Spoon Curry Powder
1 Tea Spoon Roasted Curry Powder
1/2 Tea Spoon Mustard Cream
Dash of Turmeric
100 ml Coconut Milk optional powdered milk


First you remove the skin from the pineapple and take the portion
you need for cooking

Cut the pineapple in to small pieces and put it to a bowl.
Then add sugar and salt to the pineapple and mix.

Cooking Method
Take a clean pan and pour 1 Table Spoon of oil.20220224_141714.jpg
When the oil is hot add Garlic and ginger. When you get the aroma add onion , curry leaves, and Rampe. Keep it on low fire for about a minute. 20220224_141927.jpg
After add all the spices and mix.

Now add pineapple and mix

Few minutes later you can put the coconut milk and keep it on low fire.

When the curry becomes thick take it down .
Now it is ready to serve.

This very Delicious and healthy with full of 'C" vitamins.
